InertSphere Sugar-2
InertSpherer Sugar-2 is a column for analysis of sugar, it is packed with Ca2+ loaded resin.
The column is mainly used for Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), with the elution order being from large molecular weights to small. At the
same time, the ligand exchange mode employs ion interaction between metal ions and hydroxyl groups to form a complex with the counter ion. This mode is especially effective for analysis of sugar-alcohol. 100% water can be used as eluent, there is no need to prepare a mixed solvent.
